I'll be on Briland in less than two weeks. I've learned that our friends are safe, and miraculously, the house we stay at (on the ocean side, with a new, stunning, up-close and personal view!) still stands and is habitable. My questions are; Is there running water? If so, is it drinkable? If not, do we carry it from a central location and expect to pay? (I've actually packed a bucket!)Are we to bring it with us from Eleuthera, or Miami? How are folks there bathing, doing laundry and cleaning? I'm capable of "roughing it", but (older) others that are coming along may not be able to endure what I'm prepared to. Sorry for the battery of questions, but we want to have our stay well planned with as little impact on the precious water situation as possible. We've had our tickets scince August and can't wait to see our friends! Thanks in advance for your kind advice.
