Harvey Roberts, JP IS the Chief Councillor which is an elected (every 3 years) position, that puts puts him in charge of the Town Council.. but we have no "mayor"... the term is not used here.
India Hicks is the grandaugher of Lord Mountbatten and an Expatriate home owner. A delightufl lady but not mayor,,, unofficial or otherwise.
