I too had the pleasure of meeting Lord Hughes. He was a true gentleman and very gregarious and inviting. I will remember my visit to his castle in Tarpum Bay and a special occasion of island hospitality.
Mr. Major, do you have any information regarding what happened to Lord Hughes? I would like to send my condolences if there will be some type of service in his honour.
Please let me know what happened. I found it quite amazing that his retreat was in the Southern part of Eleuthera. I had a fine time with him as did my comrades.
God Bless You Lord Hughes.

: I had the great pleasure of meeting Lord McMillan Hughes and getting a tour of his home and the gallery and I proudly hang one of his pieces of art in my home.
: He was a wonderful artist, and an interesting man. I even have a picture he took of me while on our visit, which I will treasure always.
: Peace to you Lord Hughes, you will continue to teach and inspire through your works.
