Several questions:

1-- Did the Town Council levy a fine on Elle McPherson? If so, for how much? When?

2--Aren't reefs and the bay covered by Bahamian laws regulating the environment? If so, shouldn't the government in Nassau act?

3--If the reef was damaged, are there laws requiring compensation and/or rebuilding efforts by the person who damaged them?
